Between October 2023 and April 2024, I led the creative direction for Microsoft Designer’s prompt templates, transforming how creators of all experience levels can create images, stickers, and designs with ease, for the July 2024 general availability release.

As the lead Product Designer on this project, I led the design and strategy, and engaged in deep collaboration with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and content designers to refine Designer’s prompt engineering strategy, and improve template generation, which were causing a frustrating and disappointing outcomes for our users, leading to a noticeable drop in user engagement and retention.
